We are now looking for a chef, preferably with experience in events and parties. The position is part-time to full-time.

The work includes evenings, weekends, and weekdays.

As part of Nacka Gourmet & Catering, we host events across our four locations. Primarily, we are looking for someone to be stationed at Tyresö Slottskrog, where we are located in the west wing, but work may occur at other units within the group.

We arrange everything from wedding parties to christening receptions, group lunches, conferences, and dinner invitations.

We would like you to:

Be responsible, solution-oriented, and easy to collaborate with.
Be able to work both independently and in a team.
Enjoy working in both cold and hot kitchens.
Be able to plan and execute a standard mise en place for events.
Be able to order supplies.
Have no issues with standard kitchen cleaning and dishwashing.
Be able to work in kitchen service during events.
Follow routines and work according to HACCP and other laws and regulations.
Be flexible but driven by structure.
Be able to work at a fast pace but also see what needs to be done when it is quieter.

Working hours:

Can vary depending on the scope of the event, ranging from breakfast to closing an event around 02:00.
